Services
Veloris provides web design, branding, and related creative services. The scope of each project is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. A deposit is required before work begins. Final files are delivered upon receipt of final payment.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all final deliverables. Veloris retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. NDAs are available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
Veloris's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
